Jeroen Celis

Jeroen Celis helps leaders and organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution. He combines transformational change consulting, fractional leadership, and integral coaching to empower clients with the capabilities and pathways needed for impactful, sustainable growth. His approach is rooted in integrity, fairness, courage, and connectedness, ensuring that solutions are meaningful and aligned with each unique context.

Jeroen’s career began at Diageo, where he gained operational insights from the business side, and at Bridgestone, where he developed expertise in SAP systems design and integration. He spent eight years at a boutique consulting firm specializing in Life Sciences, working his way from consultant to director. There, he led enterprise-wide transformations, including co-creating the first-generation Clinical Trial Supply Management system in SAP. During this time, he also gained first-hand experience navigating the complexities of organizational integration following the firm’s acquisition, sharpening his understanding of how technology, processes, and people must align for seamless business transformation.

Driven to address overlooked cultural, relational, and systemic dynamics, Jeroen founded Anteeam Consulting, now rebranded as Executably. His work focuses on tackling challenges at their root, integrating Conscious Change Leadership and Integral Coaching to unlock organizational wisdom and build sustainable transformation capabilities. With a unique blend of consulting and coaching, he ensures that strategies are aspirational and truly executable.

Jeroen co-founded the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Metro & Eastern New York, leading the affiliation process with the global ACMP organization. As Board Process Leader through 2023, he helped shape the chapter’s governance and alignment with ACMP’s global standards for change management—the equivalent of the Project Management Institute for change practitioners.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeroen is an angel startup investor and advisor who enjoys co-creating music as a guitarist and singer in an alternative rock band. Originally from Belgium, he is now a Belgian-American who lives in New York City with his wife.
